Custom Trade Show Rentals - How it Works

With a rental, you purchase your graphics, but the frames, fixtures, lighting and other hardware needed to make a fantastic display are rented for the event. When the trade show is over, you keep your graphics for your next show and return the fixtures to us. It’s that simple!

Plus, our Rental Exhibit Program pricing includes fabrication, graphics, project management, set-up instructions and the creation of all detail drawings, including utilities. On-site Services include coordinating labor to install and dismantle the booth, as well as ordering and managing services and utilities. Due to variable shipping rates, we even pre-estimated the freight for each exhibit to ship to three different cities – Las Vegas, Chicago and Orlando.
